Our quality policy is to meet our customers' requirements. By understanding our customer's requirements, we are able to consistently engineer the right product or assembly for the application. Being a full service manufacturer, we are able to design and manufacture custom products to fit specific design needs. During manufacturing, we adhere to the principles of prevention rather than inspection. Product characteristics, and all applicable specifications and requirements are clearly defined and communicated during the quotation and procurement phases. Design reviews and daily production meetings ensure conformance to requirements. Our team leaders and their associates have been with Flex-Weld for many years and their ownership and pride in old fashioned American workmanship are exhibited in each and every task performed for the customer.
